If we neglect the continuous and systematic identification and elimination of negative states, we will unnecessarily diminish our achievements.

As a reminder:
We have “only” five (5) negative states:

  1. Delays,
  2. Poor quality,
  3. Insufficient,
  4. Dissatisfactions,
  5. Inappropriate spending of resources (excessive and too little).

A FEW THOUGHTS
– Every negative state is a problem.
– Any avoidance of identifying negative states is improvisation.
– Failure to solve the problem leads to unnecessary new problems.

PRACTICUM

  1. Identify negative states in the defined area of activity,
  2. Determine the priorities for resolving the identified negative states (problems),
  3. Define deadlines for resolving negative states.
  4. Solve problems one by one concerning defined priorities for solving.

THE RESULT
We will work less with greater achievements.
And that’s the purpose of the action, isn’t it?

CONCLUSION
Any avoidance of identifying negative states is resistance to change.
Avoiding identifying negative states will yield accomplishments that are always less than potentials, needs, and wishes.
Identifying negative states must be a priority in action.
